Golden Heart is a non-registered NGO operating in Dar es Salaam that primarily focuses on children coming from challenging backgrounds. We provide them with support, education, and the opportunity to cultivate a sense of belonging and community.
Our vision is to create a community formed under the principles of peace and love towards vulnerable children.
Our mission is to promote the development of the most vulnerable children in Tanzania through the creation of working forums that empower children.

Our mission is to break barriers for children facing adversity by providing them with educational opportunities through sponsorship programs to pave the way for brighter futures. We are proud to announce that our initiative has successfully sponsored over 30 children to attend school ranging from 7 to 17 years old.

This project is currently situated in Kunduchi – our primary objective is to nurture the students' sport talents, offering a safe and engaging environment that steers them away from the streets. Currently there are 14 children in our program that benefit from the sports equipment we provide to them.

The envisioned establishment will be a nursery school – the inspiration for this initiative stems from the challenges faced by children in Madale, a village with existing nursery schools often inacessible during rainy days due to the surrounding river that floods frequently. To avoid dangerous river crossing, Golden Angels School will help children access education close to home.

This initiative seeks to offer children who are not in contact with their parents a sense of family and belonging. In Tanzania adoption is exceptionally challenging. To still be able to support children to the fullest, in the Hold My Hand project we aim to meet every aspect of the child's needs. Despite not physically residing with you these children will come to recognize and appreciate you as a parental figure in their lives.
